I had a solid stay at The Sydney Boulevard Hotel, enjoying the great location near Hyde Park and the delicious breakfast options. My room was comfy and clean, though I did notice some street noise late at night. Overall, it was a good experience, but there were some minor hiccups with the service that could use improvement.

My room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed like free WiFi and a large flat-screen TV. However, it felt a bit dated in some areas.
Service

The staff were friendly, but I had an issue getting through to reception prior to my arrival. Once there, though, they helped me out with everything I needed.

Facilities like the laundry service were great to have, though I noticed no housekeeping during my stay, which was a bit of a letdown.

I spent 5 nights at The Sydney Boulevard Hotel, and while I enjoyed the large, clean room with stunning harbor views, there were a few letdowns. The location near Hyde Park was perfect for exploring, but the bathroom urgently needs an upgrade, and the communication regarding our room requests was disappointing.

The room was spacious with charming harbor views and had all the essentials like free Wi-Fi and a large flat TV. However, the bathroom was dated, and the toilet seat wasn't very smooth.
Service

The staff were friendly and responsive, but I felt the communication could've been better regarding room requests prior to our New Year’s Eve stay. The service was helpful when we needed assistance.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a stone's throw from Hyde Park, which made it super easy to explore nearby attractions like the Museum and Art Gallery.

Breakfast was decent with a variety of options, but honestly, I've had better. It’s good but didn’t blow me away, and I was surprised by extra charges for some services.

The hotel had decent facilities but could improve on daily cleaning services. It was a hassle having to request basic room services like making beds.

My stay at The Sydney Boulevard Hotel was quite enjoyable, with a fantastic location just a short stroll from the Botanical Gardens and the CBD. The room was spacious and comfortable, although there were a few minor issues like some street noise. Overall, the experience was positive with friendly staff and plenty of nearby dining options.

The staff were generally polite and willing to help. However, I felt that they could have been a bit more welcoming in the foyer. Fortunately, they were very accommodating when I had questions.

The hotel’s location was perfect for me, being only a few minutes' walk to many attractions, including shops and restaurants. It was great being so close to the Botanical Gardens and CBD.

I found the breakfast options quite limited for anyone with dietary restrictions. While the selection looked good, I felt it was a bit expensive at AUD 38 per person.

The hotel had basic facilities, but some areas like the parking garage seemed a bit messy. I would have liked to see more comprehensive information about hotel services.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at The Sydney Boulevard Hotel. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and my room was spacious and clean. However, the inconsistent housekeeping and the unexpected charges for storing luggage were disappointing. Overall, it felt like a typical business hotel rather than a boutique retreat. 😕

Rooms

My room was spacious and clean, offering nice views of the city, but I expected daily servicing that didn't occur.

While the staff were friendly and helpful, I was surprised by the lack of flexibility regarding early check-in and late check-out requests.

My stay at The Sydney Boulevard Hotel had its ups and downs. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city with a lovely walk to the harbor. The buffet breakfast at Seasons Cafe was definitely a highlight with a wide range of choices. However, I did face a few hiccups during my trip, from room cleanliness issues to a rather uncomfortable bed that left me feeling restless.

Rooms
6.0
I booked a Harbour view room which had an amazing view, but the comfort of the bed left much to be desired. I felt like I was sleeping on a camp mattress and the pillows were hard. Plus, the bathroom was narrow and had a low shower head, which was a bit awkward.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally friendly and professional, especially the lady at the bar who was super helpful. However, I did feel some lack of flexibility when I needed to extend my checkout time due to flight issues, which was disappointing.

This hotel is perfectly situated! It's a short walk to Central Station, Circular Quay, and Darling Harbour, and the electric bikes outside were a cool touch for sightseeing. Loved being in the center of it all.
Dining

The buffet breakfast at Seasons Cafe was fantastic and offered everything you could want from cereals to hot meals. I was impressed by the variety, especially the pancake machine! Eating there was a real treat to start the day.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel provided essential amenities like a mini fridge in the room and great access to laundry services. They even helped with dry cleaning when my clothes got wet from a leaky toilet in the first room.
